GramiGro Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GramiGro ("GramiGro", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between GramiGro and every individual or entity ("User", "Customer", "you", or "your") who accesses or uses the GramiGro mobile application, website, services, products, or any related platform.

By accessing, downloading, installing, registering, browsing, or using GramiGro, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of India.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.

These Terms apply to every service provided by GramiGro, including but not limited to:

  • Fresh Vegetables
  • Fresh Fruits
  • Grocery Products
  • Dairy Products
  • Bakery Items
  • Meat & Fish
  • Household Essentials
  • Personal Care Products
  • Packaged Food
  • Beverages
  • Baby Care
  • Pet Care
  • Any other category introduced by GramiGro in the future.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
  • You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • You will comply with all applicable central, state, and local laws.
  • You understand that continued use of the Platform after any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

Platform means the GramiGro mobile application, website, software, services, APIs, and related systems.

User means any person who visits, browses, registers, or uses the Platform.

Customer means a registered user who places an order through GramiGro.

Order means a request placed by a customer to purchase one or more products.

Products include vegetables, groceries, dairy products, fruits, beverages, household items, personal care products, meat, fish, and all other products listed on the Platform.

Delivery Partner means any employee, contractor, logistics partner, or third-party delivery service engaged by GramiGro.

Wallet means any reward balance, promotional balance, loyalty points, or digital credits provided by GramiGro.

GroCoins means GramiGro's promotional reward points which may be earned through eligible activities and redeemed according to GramiGro's applicable policies.

Services include product listing, ordering, payment processing, customer support, delivery coordination, promotional programs, and all related facilities offered by GramiGro.

3. Eligibility

You may use GramiGro only if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age; or
  • You are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian laws.
  • You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
  • You are not prohibited from using online commerce services under any applicable law.

GramiGro reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access if it reasonably believes that a user is not eligible to use the Platform.

4. Scope of Services

GramiGro operates as an online commerce platform that enables customers to browse, order, purchase, and receive various products from sellers, suppliers, warehouses, retail partners, or directly from GramiGro.

Availability of products and services may differ based on location, delivery area, stock availability, operational conditions, legal restrictions, weather conditions, public holidays, or other business requirements.

GramiGro does not guarantee that every product will always be available in every city, district, or state of India.

5. Changes to Terms

GramiGro reserves the absolute right to modify, revise, update, replace, or discontinue any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Compliance with Indian Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Legal Metrology Act
  • Food Safety and Standards Act (where applicable)
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws
  • Any applicable state laws and local regulations.

Violation of applicable laws may result in suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, or legal action.

7. User Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a GramiGro account.

During registration, you agree to provide:

  • Your full legal name.
  • A valid mobile number.
  • A valid email address (if applicable).
  • A delivery address.
  • Any additional information requested by GramiGro.

All information provided must be true, accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for updating your account information whenever any details change.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.

8. Account Verification

GramiGro may verify your identity through one or more methods, including:

  • Mobile number verification.
  • Email verification.
  • OTP authentication.
  • Identity verification (where legally required).
  • Device verification.
  • Address verification.

GramiGro reserves the right to refuse or delay account activation if verification cannot be completed successfully.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Not share your account with another person.
  • Notify GramiGro immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Log out after using shared or public devices.

GramiGro is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

10. One Account Policy

Unless expressly permitted by GramiGro:

  • Each individual may maintain only one active customer account.
  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain promotional benefits, referral rewards, coupons, discounts, or other incentives is strictly prohibited.
  • Accounts found to be duplicates, fake, or created for abuse may be suspended or permanently removed.

Any rewards, promotional credits, or benefits obtained through multiple accounts may be forfeited.

11. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery details.
  • Maintain updated contact information.
  • Cooperate with delivery personnel.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
  • Make payment as required.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  • Respect GramiGro employees, delivery partners, customer support representatives, sellers, and other users.

You further agree not to interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.

12. Accurate Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing:

  • Correct address.
  • Correct PIN code.
  • Correct landmark.
  • Correct phone number.
  • Correct recipient details.

GramiGro shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.

13. Communication Consent

By registering or using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from GramiGro, including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmations.
  • Delivery updates.
  • Payment notifications.
  • Promotional offers.
  • Service announcements.
  • Security alerts.
  • Account-related notifications.

These communications may be sent via SMS, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, or other electronic means permitted by applicable law.

You may opt out of promotional communications where such an option is provided; however, essential service-related communications cannot be disabled while your account remains active.

14. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully.

You shall not:

  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior.
  • Harass employees or delivery partners.
  • Misuse customer support services.
  • Submit false complaints.
  • Place orders with no intention of accepting delivery.
  • Attempt to manipulate prices or promotions.
  • Abuse referral programs or loyalty programs.

15. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake accounts.
  • Identity theft.
  • Impersonating another individual or organization.
  • Uploading harmful software or malicious code.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform.
  • Reverse engineering any part of the Platform.
  • Unauthorized scraping, copying, or downloading of content.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
  • Circumventing security measures.
  • Interfering with the Platform's servers or networks.
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.

GramiGro reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension, cancellation of orders, forfeiture of rewards, reporting to law enforcement authorities, and initiation of legal proceedings.

16. Fraud Prevention

GramiGro actively monitors transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

If suspicious activity is detected, GramiGro may:

  • Temporarily hold an order.
  • Request additional verification.
  • Cancel an order.
  • Freeze promotional benefits.
  • Suspend or terminate the account.
  • Report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

Users agree to cooperate fully during any fraud investigation.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

GramiGro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice if a user:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Provides false information.
  • Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Abuses promotional offers or referral programs.
  • Harasses GramiGro staff, delivery partners, or other users.
  • Repeatedly refuses deliveries without valid reason.
  • Misuses the Platform in any manner.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the Platform may be revoked.
  • Pending orders may be cancelled.
  • Rewards, GroCoins, coupons, and promotional benefits may be forfeited.
  • Outstanding obligations, including payments due, shall remain enforceable.

18. Right to Refuse Service

GramiGro reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Platform at its reasonable discretion, including where necessary to protect users, employees, business operations, or to comply with applicable laws.

19. Products and Services

GramiGro provides an online platform through which customers may browse and purchase a variety of products, including but not limited to:

  • Fresh Vegetables
  • Fresh Fruits
  • Grocery & Staples
  • Dairy Products
  • Bakery Items
  • Snacks & Beverages
  • Meat, Fish & Poultry
  • Frozen Foods
  • Personal Care Products
  • Household Essentials
  • Baby Care Products
  • Pet Care Products
  • Organic Products
  • Seasonal Products
  • Any additional products introduced by GramiGro from time to time.

Product availability may vary depending on location, inventory, operational limitations, legal requirements, supplier availability, weather conditions, or other business factors.

20. Product Information

GramiGro makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.

Product information may include:

  • Product name
  • Brand
  • Images
  • Weight or quantity
  • Ingredients
  • Nutritional information
  • Manufacturing details
  • Expiry date (where applicable)
  • Country of origin
  • Storage instructions
  • Price
  • Offers
  • Availability

Despite reasonable efforts, inadvertent errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. GramiGro reserves the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice.

21. Product Images

Images displayed on the Platform are for illustration purposes only.

Actual products may differ due to:

  • Packaging changes by manufacturers
  • Seasonal variations
  • Color differences
  • Size differences
  • Lighting during photography
  • Product updates

Customers should rely primarily on the product description rather than images.

22. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product.

Products may become unavailable before checkout or before order confirmation due to:

  • High demand
  • Inventory changes
  • Supplier shortages
  • Technical issues
  • Operational constraints

GramiGro shall not be liable if a product becomes unavailable after it has been added to the cart.

23. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may include or exclude taxes, delivery charges, packaging charges, convenience fees, or other applicable charges as indicated during checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The applicable price shall be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed, unless a pricing error is identified.

24. Pricing Errors

While GramiGro strives to ensure pricing accuracy, technical or human errors may occur.

If an incorrect price is displayed due to:

  • Technical malfunction
  • Typographical error
  • System error
  • Supplier pricing issue

GramiGro reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the affected order.
  • Correct the price.
  • Contact the customer for confirmation before processing.
  • Issue a refund if payment has already been made.

25. Discounts, Promotions & Offers

GramiGro may provide discounts, promotional offers, coupons, referral rewards, loyalty benefits, cashback, GroCoins, or other incentives.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions.
  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Offers cannot be transferred.
  • Only one promotional benefit may apply where specified.
  • Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

Any misuse or abuse of promotional programs may result in cancellation of benefits and account suspension.

26. Shopping Cart

Products added to the shopping cart are not guaranteed to remain available.

The shopping cart serves only as a temporary selection of products.

GramiGro does not guarantee:

  • Product availability
  • Price locking
  • Reservation of stock

Until the order is successfully confirmed.

27. Order Placement

An order is considered placed only after the customer:

  • Selects products.
  • Provides delivery information.
  • Selects an available payment method.
  • Reviews the order summary.
  • Confirms the purchase.

Submission of an order request does not automatically create a binding contract.

28. Order Acceptance

GramiGro reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

An order is considered accepted only after GramiGro sends an official order confirmation through the Platform, SMS, email, or another approved communication channel.

GramiGro may reject an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Operational limitations

29. Order Modification

Customers may request modifications to an order before it enters processing or dispatch.

Approval of any modification request is subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Operational feasibility
  • Time remaining before dispatch

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over for delivery, modifications may no longer be possible.

GramiGro is under no obligation to approve every modification request.

30. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before processing begins.

Cancellation requests submitted after packing, dispatch, or shipment may be rejected.

Certain categories, including but not limited to:

  • Fresh vegetables
  • Fresh fruits
  • Dairy products
  • Meat
  • Fish
  • Frozen foods
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized products

may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has commenced.

Where applicable, cancellation fees or deductions may apply.

31. Cancellation by GramiGro

GramiGro reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Inventory mismatch
  • Delivery area restrictions
  • Force majeure events
  • Payment verification failure
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Technical issues
  • Operational limitations

Where payment has already been received, any eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

32. Order Confirmation

After successful acceptance of an order, GramiGro will make reasonable efforts to process and fulfill the order in accordance with the selected delivery option.

Order confirmation does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every item until dispatch. If any item becomes unavailable after confirmation, GramiGro may:

  • Remove the unavailable item from the order.
  • Offer a suitable replacement with the customer's consent, where feasible.
  • Cancel the affected item or the entire order, as appropriate.
  • Process an applicable refund for unavailable items, if payment has already been made.

33. Payment Methods

GramiGro may offer one or more of the following payment methods, depending on availability and the customer's location:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Mobile Wallets
  • Gift Cards (if introduced)
  • Reward Wallet or GroCoins (where applicable)
  • Any other payment method approved by GramiGro.

GramiGro reserves the right to add, remove, restrict, or modify any payment method at any time without prior notice.

34. Payment Authorization

By making a payment through the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
  • The transaction does not violate any applicable law.
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the transaction.

GramiGro may refuse or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent.

35. Online Payments

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.

GramiGro does not store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, or internet banking credentials.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details before confirming a transaction.

36. Payment Failure

A payment may fail due to various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank rejection
  • Network issues
  • Incorrect payment details
  • Payment gateway interruption
  • Card restrictions
  • UPI server issues
  • Security verification failure

In the event of a failed payment:

  • The order may not be confirmed.
  • The customer may retry the payment using the same or another available payment method.
  • GramiGro shall not be liable for any losses arising from failures caused by banks, payment gateways, internet service providers, or other third parties.

37. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available only in selected locations and for eligible orders.

GramiGro reserves the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain products.
  • Disable COD for high-value orders.
  • Disable COD for selected PIN codes.
  • Require prepaid payment for customers with repeated failed deliveries or order refusals.
  • Modify COD eligibility without prior notice.

Customers using COD are expected to keep the exact payable amount ready where reasonably possible.

38. Invoices and Tax

For eligible purchases, GramiGro may issue a digital invoice or tax invoice in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

Invoices may be provided:

  • Through the mobile application.
  • By email.
  • Along with the delivered order.
  • Through any other approved electronic method.

Customers are responsible for verifying invoice details and notifying GramiGro of any discrepancies within a reasonable time.

39. Delivery Areas

GramiGro provides delivery services only to locations where its services are operational.

Delivery availability depends on:

  • City
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Serviceability
  • Partner availability
  • Local regulations
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety considerations

GramiGro may expand, reduce, suspend, or discontinue service in any area at its sole discretion.

40. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times displayed on the Platform are approximate and provided for convenience only.

Actual delivery may be affected by factors including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion
  • Festivals and public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supplier delays
  • High order volume
  • Technical issues
  • Delivery partner availability

GramiGro does not guarantee delivery within the estimated time unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed service.

41. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, convenience fees, handling fees, packaging fees, or other service charges may apply depending on factors such as:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Product category
  • Delivery speed
  • Promotional offers
  • Distance
  • Operational costs

Applicable charges will generally be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

42. Delivery Process

Upon successful order processing, GramiGro or its authorized delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver the order to the delivery address provided by the customer.

The customer or an authorized recipient should be available to receive the order.

Proof of delivery may include:

  • OTP verification
  • Digital signature
  • Delivery photograph (where permitted by law)
  • Electronic confirmation
  • Other reasonable methods adopted by GramiGro

43. Customer Unavailability

If the customer or an authorized recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The delivery partner may attempt to contact the customer.
  • A re-delivery attempt may be made, subject to operational feasibility.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply.
  • The order may be cancelled if delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts.

Perishable goods may not be eligible for re-delivery or refund once delivery has failed due to customer unavailability.

44. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to reasons including:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Unsafe delivery conditions
  • Restricted access to premises
  • Government restrictions
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, GramiGro reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order.
  • Charge applicable delivery costs.
  • Restrict future COD eligibility.
  • Suspend promotional benefits.
  • Take other reasonable operational measures.

45. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the delivered order at the time of delivery, where reasonably possible.

Any visible issues such as:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged packaging
  • Incorrect products

should be reported to GramiGro as soon as reasonably practicable through the Platform or customer support.

Acceptance of delivery does not affect any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

46. Transfer of Risk and Ownership

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Ownership of the products transfers to the customer only after full payment has been successfully received by GramiGro or its authorized payment partner.

47. Delivery Delays

GramiGro will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize delivery delays.

However, GramiGro shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Floods
  • Cyclones
  • Earthquakes
  • Strikes
  • Lockdowns
  • Government orders
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Civil unrest
  • Transportation disruptions

Customers will be informed of significant delays where reasonably practicable.

48. Force Majeure

GramiGro shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War
  • Terrorist acts
  • Pandemic or epidemic
  • Government action
  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Earthquake
  • Labor disputes
  • Power outages
  • Internet failures
  • Cyberattacks
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Supplier disruptions
  • Any other force majeure event recognized under applicable law.

During such events, GramiGro may suspend, delay, modify, or cancel services without incurring liability to the extent permitted by law.

49. General Return Policy

GramiGro aims to provide quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Return requests are accepted only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Return eligibility depends on the type of product, its condition, applicable legal requirements, and the reason for the return.

GramiGro reserves the right to verify every return request before approving or rejecting it.

50. Return Eligibility

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was materially damaged during delivery.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The delivered quantity is significantly different from the confirmed order.
  • The product is otherwise eligible for return under applicable consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, the product should generally:

  • Be in its original condition, unless the defect could not reasonably be identified before opening.
  • Include original packaging where applicable.
  • Be reported within the time period specified by GramiGro for that product category.

51. Non-Returnable Products

Unless required by applicable law, the following categories are generally not eligible for return after delivery if they have been accepted by the customer:

  • Fresh vegetables
  • Fresh fruits
  • Meat
  • Fish
  • Poultry
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen foods
  • Bakery items
  • Flowers
  • Opened packaged food
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Baby care products with broken seals
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or services

This restriction applies unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or otherwise legally returnable.

52. Fresh Produce Disclaimer

Fresh agricultural products naturally vary in:

  • Size
  • Shape
  • Colour
  • Weight
  • Texture
  • Aroma
  • Ripeness
  • Appearance

Such natural variations do not, by themselves, constitute defects.

Customers acknowledge that seasonal and agricultural products may not appear identical to product images displayed on the Platform.

53. Product Quality

GramiGro makes commercially reasonable efforts to source quality products from trusted suppliers, farmers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and business partners.

However:

  • Natural variation is expected in fresh produce.
  • Product availability may depend on seasonal conditions.
  • Packaging may differ from displayed images.
  • Manufacturers may change ingredients or packaging without prior notice.

Customers are encouraged to review product labels before use, especially in relation to allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

54. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,
  • A defective product,
  • An expired product,
  • A missing item,
  • An incorrect product,

you should report the issue through the Platform or customer support as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

GramiGro may request supporting evidence such as:

  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Invoice details
  • Product packaging
  • Batch number
  • Delivery information

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may affect the evaluation of your claim.

55. Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, GramiGro may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

  • Replace the product,
  • Offer an equivalent substitute with the customer's consent,
  • Issue store credit,
  • Provide a partial refund,
  • Provide a full refund.

Replacement depends on:

  • Stock availability,
  • Verification of the claim,
  • Product category,
  • Operational feasibility.

Replacement is not guaranteed for every claim.

56. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued where GramiGro determines that a refund is appropriate, including but not limited to:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Product unavailable.
  • Eligible return approved.
  • Duplicate payment.
  • Payment collected but order not fulfilled.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product verified.
  • Other situations as determined by GramiGro or required by applicable law.

Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method unless another legally permissible method is agreed upon.

57. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment method,
  • Banking partner,
  • Payment gateway,
  • Financial institution,
  • Regulatory requirements.

Although GramiGro will make reasonable efforts to initiate approved refunds promptly, actual credit timelines depend on the relevant payment service provider or bank.

GramiGro is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks or payment gateways after the refund has been initiated.

58. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be provided.

Examples include:

  • Discount adjustments.
  • Price corrections.
  • Approved quality claims affecting only part of the order.

The amount of any partial refund shall be determined based on the verified circumstances of the claim.

59. Refusal of Refund or Return

GramiGro may reject a refund, return, or replacement request if:

  • The claim is found to be fraudulent.
  • The request falls outside the applicable return period.
  • The product has been intentionally damaged or improperly used.
  • Required verification cannot reasonably be completed.
  • The issue is inconsistent with available delivery or order records.
  • The claim otherwise does not satisfy these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Customers may contact GramiGro regarding:

  • Replacement requests

GramiGro will make reasonable efforts to acknowledge and review complaints in a timely manner.

Resolution time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the information required to investigate the matter.

61. Abuse of Return or Refund Policy

Customers shall not misuse the return, refund, or replacement process.

Examples of abuse include:

  • Repeated false claims.
  • Fabricated evidence.
  • Returning products after intentional use or damage.
  • Repeatedly claiming items were missing without reasonable basis.
  • Fraudulent refund requests.

Where misuse is reasonably identified, GramiGro may:

  • Reject the claim.
  • Restrict future returns.
  • Remove promotional benefits.
  • Disable Cash on Delivery eligibility.
  • Suspend or terminate the account.
  • Take legal action where appropriate.

62. Loyalty and Rewards Program

GramiGro may introduce loyalty programs, reward points, cashback, promotional credits, GroCoins, membership benefits, or similar customer incentive programs from time to time.

Participation in any such program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and any additional terms applicable to the specific program.

GramiGro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty or rewards program at any time.

63. GroCoins Program

GroCoins are promotional reward points issued by GramiGro to eligible customers under promotional campaigns or loyalty programs.

GroCoins:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Are not legal tender.
  • Are not electronic money.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by GramiGro.
  • Are not transferable to another account except where expressly allowed.
  • Do not earn interest.

The availability, earning criteria, redemption rules, expiry period, and applicable restrictions may be revised by GramiGro from time to time.

64. Earning GroCoins

Customers may become eligible to earn GroCoins through activities designated by GramiGro, which may include:

  • Eligible purchases.
  • Promotional campaigns.
  • Referral programs.
  • Seasonal offers.
  • Special events.
  • Membership benefits.
  • Other qualifying activities announced by GramiGro.

GroCoins shall be credited only after the qualifying conditions have been satisfied.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or ineligible transactions may not earn GroCoins.

65. Redemption of GroCoins

Where redemption is permitted:

  • GroCoins may be redeemed only in accordance with the applicable redemption rules.
  • Redemption may be subject to minimum or maximum limits.
  • Certain products or categories may be excluded from redemption.
  • Taxes, delivery charges, or service fees may remain payable even where GroCoins are used.

GramiGro reserves the right to reject or reverse any redemption that is found to violate these Terms.

66. Expiry and Forfeiture of GroCoins

Unless otherwise specified, GroCoins may expire after the validity period determined by GramiGro.

GroCoins may also be forfeited if:

  • The associated order is cancelled or refunded.
  • The account is suspended or terminated.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • The rewards were credited in error.
  • The customer violates these Terms.

Expired or forfeited GroCoins cannot be restored unless expressly approved by GramiGro.

67. Coupons and Promotional Offers

GramiGro may issue promotional codes, discount coupons, vouchers, cashback offers, referral incentives, or other promotional benefits.

Each offer may have specific eligibility conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Minimum order value.

68. Misuse of Promotions

Customers shall not misuse promotional benefits.

  • Using automated tools to exploit promotions.
  • Manipulating referral programs.
  • Reselling promotional benefits.
  • Circumventing eligibility conditions.
  • Any fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

Where misuse is reasonably identified, GramiGro may:

  • Cancel the promotion.
  • Reverse discounts.
  • Remove GroCoins.
  • Recover improperly obtained benefits.
  • Suspend or terminate the account.
  • Pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

69. Referral Program

GramiGro may operate referral programs allowing eligible users to invite new customers.

Referral rewards may be granted only if all applicable conditions are met, which may include:

  • Successful registration by the referred user.
  • Verification of the new account.
  • Completion of a qualifying purchase.
  • Compliance with referral rules.
  • Absence of fraud or abuse.

GramiGro reserves the right to refuse referral rewards where duplicate, fake, or ineligible accounts are identified.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

71. Trademark

"GramiGro", its logo, branding, slogans, and associated marks are the exclusive property of GramiGro or its licensors.

No person may use, reproduce, imitate, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any trademark without prior written authorization from GramiGro.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

72. Copyright

All original content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, software, user interface designs, and compilations, is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Any unauthorized use automatically terminates this license.

74. User Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, comments, recommendations, or feedback voluntarily submitted to GramiGro regarding the Platform may be used by GramiGro without any obligation to compensate the user.

By submitting feedback, the user grants GramiGro a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and incorporate such feedback for the purpose of improving its products and services.

75. User Reviews and Ratings

Customers may be given the opportunity to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or other content relating to products or services available through the Platform.

By submitting such content, you confirm that:

  • The content is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
  • It does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • It is not defamatory, abusive, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful.
  • It does not contain viruses, malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertisements.

GramiGro reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, edit, refuse, or remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

76. User-Generated Content License

By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, or other content to the Platform, you grant GramiGro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise utilize such content for operating, improving, promoting, and marketing the Platform, subject to applicable law.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

77. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the GramiGro Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

GramiGro does not warrant that:

  • The Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Every product will always be available.
  • The Platform will be free from technical defects.
  • All information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
  • The Platform will be compatible with every device or software environment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

81. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GramiGro, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and delivery partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
